To improve the quality of Emergency Medical Services, and to prepare the suitable infrastructure for an integrated management system, Tehran Emergency Medical Services Center, set the Quality Management System as the most important goal for the year 1389, and by implementing the requirements of standard in the base and all stations, finaly succeeded to receive ISO 9001:2008 certificate. It’s a grate honor for Padmira, to be the only consultant during all phases of this project.
